Coriander

Coriander, known in the US and Canada as cilantro,

Regularly refers to the leaves, which can be used directly,and is in many dishes, often cut into small pieces.

Can also refer to the seeds (coriander's fruit), which have a more lemony, nutty taste.

Sometimes refers to the roots, used in a number of Asian dishes.
