Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is a plant whose leaves act as spices. Rosemary is part of the mint family of spices.

Its taste is minty, woody, a little bitter, and hinting somewhat at pine and lemon.

It is often used for meat, fish, soups and stews.

Dried rosemary is still decently nutritious.(verify)
