Parsley has a fairly fresh, grassy taste.

It is used in soups, salads, meat, fish, potatoes - in similar places as dill, really.


It is often added shortly before serving, since it may lose its taste if added early.



Het wordt ook vaak samen met knoflook aan boter toegevoegd om kruidenboter te vormen. Bladpeterselie kan ook in salades gebruikt worden.
